微软正式收购 Tellme

微软日前正式宣布收购 Tellme 的消息，从而结束了半个多月来一直的猜测。包括 TC 在内的多家媒体对此事做出的猜测和评论，其中华尔街日报猜测交易金额会超过八亿美元，Gigaom 则估计最后的收购价格高于八亿美元低于十亿美元，看起来都比较准确。Tellme 是一个电话服务企业，业务中还包括了 411 电话等业务，总部在 Mountain View。
