微软日前公布了一个针对 Tablet PC / UMPC 平台的手写涂鸦软件：InkSeine。这是由微软研究院开发的新项目，可以加强 Tablet PC 和 UMPC 设备的手写功能，支持除 Vista Home Basic 以外的 Vista 系统，并且在 Vista 的体验最好。根据西行资讯的消息，正式的公开版本将会在明天发布。
