由 Freeverse 所推出的 Sound Studio 是个易学易用且功能强大的音频处理软件，类似于简化版的 Adobe Audition，无论是制作 Podcast 、翻制老唱片和录音带、录制数字音频等都能轻松胜任。Sound Studio 使用 32 位元浮点运算技术，在硬体所能提供的取样率范围中，来处理多轨音讯录制与剪辑工作；并附上 24 个内建的特效模组，亦可使用 Core Audio 的特效模组。 Sound Studio 可开启并储存如 MP3 、 AAC 、 AIFF 、 WAV 等主流音讯档案格式，并可编辑 iTunes 歌曲中的 Metadata 资料与 ID3-Tag。
最新版本为 3.5.5，已经完全兼容 Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard，更新列表如下：
