Windows Live Domain 网络邮局除了让你自定义域名去使用 Live Mail 之外，还可以提供SDK，供开发者利用以开发相关的扩展程序，或者将 Live Mail 真正地嵌入您的网站。该 SDK 基于 Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) RPC1.1 标准通信应用构建。
The SDK consists of the following:
1. A command-line samplle application and code samples (in Microsoft Visual Studio C#).
2. A Win32 user management sample application with source code (in Visual Studio C#).
3. A CsvSync directory synchronisation sample appliation and code samples (in Microsoft Visual Studio C#).
4. Documented SOAP calls for each function.
