Lam had managed to sell white iPhone 4 parts worth $130,000 in a few months to customers who were eager to get their hands on a white iPhone.
Apple claimed that Lam's deed disturbs Apple's trademarks and hence, they claimed infringement lawsuit. It has also been found that Lam contacted a professional from Foxconn, Apple's manufacturing partner. Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak used parts from overseas to build his own white iphone4.
