You must be aware that Apple Inc. had filed a complaint against Fei Lik "Phillip" Lam for selling tools and materials which gave the customers to transform a black iphone 4 into white. He used a website whiteiphone4now.com to fool people. Many people were fooled as they wanted to grab the most awaited white iphone4 before Apple launched the white colored iphone. Lam had managed to sell white iPhone 4 parts worth $130,000 in a few months to customers who were eager to get their hands on a white iPhone.

Apple claimed that Lam's deed disturbs Apple's trademarks and hence, they claimed infringement lawsuit. It has also been found that Lam contacted a professional from Foxconn, Apple's manufacturing partner. Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak used parts from overseas to build his own white iphone4.

Microsoft Windows mobile apps may be set to gain ground after Nokia said it plans to make Windows Phone 7 its primary smartphone platform. Microsoft is also hosting a developers conference in Las Vegas called MIX11 to encourage developers to get off the fence about making more apps for Windows Phone 7.

The company plans to hold "boot-camp" workshops on building apps for Windows Phone 7 at the conference. Microsoft recently frustrated Windows Phone users when it bungled a software update for the phone that was supposed to add copy-and-paste and other enhanced features. At the mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer announced several new features that will be coming to the Windows Phone 7 this year. These include Twitter integration with the phone's address book, multi-tasking and Internet Explorer 9. There was also an experimental project showing an Xbox Kinect game that a second player can control with the Windows Phone 7.

Free Training Online For Software Like Microsoft Office
    © Terinea IT Support

Learning a new software program like Microsoft Office or even upgrading to a newer version of one you already use can take some time. Signing up for a class or buying a book are two ways to learn, but there are also ways to get up to speed without spending for free. Many companies now offer free software training videos online, tucked away in the Support areas of their websites.

Most of these free videos cover the basics and provide overviews and quick tips for using the software, rather than a comprehensive training program. Still, these clips may be enough for some users to get started with the new software. Microsoft has video tutorials and other learning aids for its Office programs, both the Windows and Mac OX X versions, available on its website. Adobe also has free instructional videos and podcasts for its programs online as well.
